SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days. You should receive your order in 3 to 10 business days thereafter depending to your location. You will receive an email to inform you of the shipping date and estimated day of arrival. Shipping costs are calculated on the number and weight of the items in your order. LNP uses Hellenic Post Office services for domestic and international shipments. Shipping and any importation tax related (if applicable) costs will be charged to the customer on top of the price presented here and will be communicated to the customer prior confirmation of order. Full amount will be charged to the consumer after confirmation of purchase.Customs and import taxes will burden the consumer if and when applied. Delays at customs are not a responsibility of the LNP.

RETURN POLICY

LNP believes and stands behind all products. We therefore offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Upon receipt of your item, if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days. Providing the product is in its original condition, we can then arrange for its return and a full refund within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product. You will be refunded the cost of the product only, excluding the original shipping. Additionally, all shipping costs to return the product is at the purchaser’s expense.
